About me
Ben White is Macmillan's sales representative in New England. He grew up in Cambridge, haunting the bookstores of Harvard Square and the stacks of the old Cambridge Public Library. His first job after college was at an independent bookstore in Brooklyn. He then spent 15 years working in a variety of roles at Macmillan's corporate headquarters in New York City, until in 2016 he got the opportunity to move back to his native New England and into his current job representing the company to independent bookstrores around the region. He still can't believe they pay him to visit bookstores. He lives in Arlington with his wife, a school librarian; two kids; and a young dog named Archie.
