Lily joined Sterling Lord Literistic, Inc. in 2025, after five years in the publishing department at United Talent Agency. She represents authors in both fiction and nonfiction, including YA, with books ranging from commercial to literary and everything in between. She is actively looking for novels with strong hooks, propulsive plots, book club appeal, and nuanced female perspectives. High concept thrillers are always welcome. She especially loves speculative fiction, atmospheric settings, strange and unusual women in strange and unusual circumstances, and books that aren't afraid to challenge readers.
Her authors include New York Times bestsellers, USA Today bestsellers, Target YA Books of the Year, Indie Next picks, Book of the Month picks, and have been finalists for numerous awards including the Dylan Thomas Prize and Indie Choice Awards.
